Mars Bound
What is perseverance?
The newest Mars-bound rover, seeking signs of ancient life, and collecting samples of soil and rock to [hopefully] return to Earth for analysis. The vehicle launched on July 30th, 2020, and landed on the Jezero Crater of Mars, on February 18th, 2021. The mission will last one Mars year (687 Earth days).
