Morning Ritual: Try Our Energizing Green Detox Elixir (AKA 'The Green Monster')

Green Monster Recipe (makes two servings)

  • 2-3 cups of spinach (option to add kale)
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • 1/2-inch slice, ginger
  • Small apple, sliced
  • 3-4 tbsp aloe gel
  • 3/4 tsp tumeric
  • Squeeze of 1/2 lemon (optional)
  • Squeeze of 1/2 lime (optional)
  • 1.5 cups of coconut water
