Morning Ritual: Try Our Energizing Green Detox Elixir (AKA 'The Green Monster')
Green Monster Recipe (makes two servings)
- 2-3 cups of spinach (option to add kale)
- 2-3 celery stalks
- 1/2-inch slice, ginger
- Small apple, sliced
- 3-4 tbsp aloe gel
- 3/4 tsp tumeric
- Squeeze of 1/2 lemon (optional)
- Squeeze of 1/2 lime (optional)
- 1.5 cups of coconut water
